Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups seedless grapes red or green
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and de-stem the grapes.
  • Toss 2 cups of grapes into the blender.
  • Add 1/2 banana for creaminess.
  • Spoon in 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
  • Pour 1/4 cup almond milk.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of honey if you like it sweeter.
  • Throw in a handful of ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and sip your way to bliss.
