- 2 cups seedless grapes red or green
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup almond milk or any milk
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- Handful of ice cubes
Rinse and de-stem the grapes.
Toss 2 cups of grapes into the blender.
Add 1/2 banana for creaminess.
Spoon in 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
Pour 1/4 cup almond milk.
