Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin puree: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla protein powder: 1 scoop
  • Almond milk: 1 cup
  • Brewed coffee chilled: 1/2 cup
  • Maple syrup: 1 tablespoon
  • Pumpkin pie spice: 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients: Add pumpkin puree, protein powder, almond milk, chilled coffee, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon into the blender.
  • Add ice: Toss in ice cubes to make it frosty.
  • Blend until smooth: Blend at high speed for about 30 seconds or until the texture is smooth.
