Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Gingerbread cookie crumbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1 cup of espresso using your espresso machine or coffee maker.
  • In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat.
  • Whisk in 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg until dissolved.
  • Add 1/4 tsp vanilla extract to the milk mixture and stir well.
  • Pour the espresso into two mugs, filling them halfway.
  • Add the spiced milk mixture to each mug and stir gently.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle gingerbread cookie crumbs on top for an extra festive touch.
