Equipment

  • 1 coffee maker
  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Strong coffee, brewed and cooled
  • 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate syrup (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/2 tbsp Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Brew a pot of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  • In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, vanilla ice cream, and Baileys Irish Cream.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture is thick and slushy.
  • Pour the frozen coffee mixture into a glass.
  • Garnish with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy!
