- 4 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee
- 2 cups of cold water
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 1/4 cup of milk or a dairy alternative
- Optional: sugar or sweetener to taste
Measure Coffee: Place 4 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee into the French Press.
Add Water: Pour 2 cups of cold water over the coffee grounds.
Stir: Give the mixture a quick stir to combine.
Steep: Place the lid on the French Press without pressing down the plunger. Let it steep for 4 minutes.
Press: Slowly press the plunger down to separate the grounds from the brewed coffee.
Prepare Glasses: Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
Pour Coffee: Pour the brewed coffee over the ice in each glass.
Add Milk: Top with 1/4 cup of milk or a dairy alternative.
