- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds to the blender.
Slice the banana and cucumber, then add to the blender.
Toss in the ginger powder and lemon juice.
Add ice cubes to chill.
Blend everything until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy the cool, belly-flattening goodness.
