Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds to the blender.
  • Slice the banana and cucumber, then add to the blender.
  • Toss in the ginger powder and lemon juice.
  • Add ice cubes to chill.
  • Blend everything until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy the cool, belly-flattening goodness.
