Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 cup plant-based milk almond, soy, oat, etc.
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Spiced Mocha Mix: In a saucepan, combine chilled brewed coffee, plant-based milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat until ingredients are well combined and heated through.
  • Blend: Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the spiced mocha mix until cold, approximately 1 hour.
  • Serve: Fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour the chilled spiced mocha mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish (optional): Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder on top.
  • Enjoy: Sip and savor the festive flavors of gingerbread combined with the richness of mocha.
