  • 1 strong coffee maker
  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Brew a shot of espresso or make a strong cup of coffee and set it aside to cool.
  • In a blender, add the cooled espresso or coffee, milk or non-dairy alternative, banana, frozen berries, Greek yogurt, and honey.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
