  • Almond butter: 1/4 cup

  • Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • Cacao powder: 1 tbsp optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend the figs: Pulse dried figs in a food processor until finely chopped.
  • Add oats and espresso: Mix in oats, espresso powder, and cacao powder (optional) to the figs.
  • Combine wet ingredients: Add almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds to the mix. Blend until smooth.
