- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter

- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder
Make the Espresso Caramel:
Heat sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown.

Add butter, vanilla, espresso powder, and salt, stirring until smooth.
Let cool slightly before using.

Gently fold in cooled caramel until just combined.
