Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dark chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted nuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in espresso powder and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and chopped nuts (if using).
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or until fully set.
  • Break into pieces and serve with your charcuterie board.
