Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix or brownies if you’re feeling fancy
  • 2 pints vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Prepare and bake the chocolate cake or brownies. Let them cool completely.
  • Slice the cake or brownies into two layers.
  • Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly and spread it over the first cake layer.
  • Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
  • Drizzle with chocolate fudge sauce.
  • Freeze for 1 hour to set.
  • Top with whipped cream and more peanut butter cups.
  • Freeze again for 3 hours.
