- 1 box of cake mix plus ingredients to prepare
- 2 pints of your favorite Blizzard-style ice cream Oreo, M&M’s, etc.
- 1/2 cup crushed cookies or candy
- 1/4 cup chocolate or caramel syrup
- 1 cup whipped cream
Bake the cake mix according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
Once the cake is cool, cut it in half horizontally to form two layers.
Soften the ice cream and spread a thick layer over the first cake layer.
Sprinkle crushed cookies or candy on top of the ice cream.
Place the second cake layer on top and freeze for 1 hour.
Frost the cake with whipped cream and drizzle syrup over it.
Freeze again for 3 more hours or until firm.
