Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk and almond milk.
  • Add pumpkin puree and whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and salt.
  • Heat over medium until warm, whisking occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Pour into a storage container and refrigerate.
  • Shake well before using in coffee.
