Base Layer
- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 5 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
Ice Cream Layers
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream softened slightly
- 4 cups chocolate ice cream softened slightly
Topping
- 1 edible photo frosting sheet custom design
- 1 cup whipped cream dairy or vegan
- ½ cup chocolate shavings or sprinkles optional
Step 2: Layer the Ice Cream
Spread the vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust and freeze for 20 minutes.
Add the chocolate ice cream layer, smoothing it with an offset spatula. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Step 3: Add the Photo and Decorate
Spread whipped cream over the top of the frozen cake as a smooth base.
Carefully place the edible photo sheet on top, smoothing gently to avoid bubbles.
Add chocolate shavings or sprinkles around the edges for flair.
Step 4: Freeze and Serve
Freeze the completed cake for 1–2 hours.
Slice with a sharp knife for clean cuts, wiping the blade between slices.
