Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint chocolate chip ice cream softened
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 batch chocolate chip cookie dough edible
  • 1 pre-baked chocolate cake layer
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Line a springform pan with plastic wrap for easy removal.
  • Place the chocolate cake layer at the base of the pan.
  • Spread softened chocolate chip ice cream over the cake evenly.
  • Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the ice cream.
  • Flatten chunks of cookie dough and layer them on top.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Spread vanilla ice cream over the cookie dough layer.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula and freeze for 3 hours.
  • Before serving, top with whipped topping, chocolate chips, and syrup.
