Cookies and Cream Iced Coffee

Morgan James Eckroth
I personally adore this iced coffee when I’m feeling a bit self-indulgent, usually during a Netflix binge or a “just because” kind of day. It’s my little rebellion against boring coffee and bland afternoons. Plus, it’s an excellent way to justify my cookie addiction. Every sip is a small victory, and every cookie crumb that makes it into the glass? That’s just pure bliss.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup milk or a non-dairy alternative
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 3-4 cookies like Oreos, crushed
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Mix Syrup: In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup with 1/4 cup of milk until well blended.
  • Crush Cookies: Crush 3-4 cookies into small bits. Feel free to use a bit of elbow grease here; you deserve it.
  • Combine: Pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Add Chocolate Milk: Stir in the chocolate milk mixture.
  • Top It Off: Sprinkle the crushed cookies on top. Stir again if you’re feeling fancy, or just let the cookie crumbs float around for that extra crunch.
