- 2 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup brewed coffee cooled
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 box chocolate cake mix plus ingredients to make it
- ½ cup crushed coffee beans optional for texture
Bake the Cake: Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the box instructions. Allow to cool completely.
Layer Ice Cream: Spread coffee ice cream on the cooled cake. Freeze for 1 hour.
Add Chocolate Ice Cream: Top with chocolate ice cream and freeze for 1 more hour.
Whipped Cream Layer: Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread on top of the cake.
Chocolate and Coffee Syrup: Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and optionally sprinkle crushed coffee beans.
