Cold Layered Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups of vanilla ice cream softened
  • 3 cups of chocolate ice cream softened
  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 cup of crushed nuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Base: Press the crushed graham crackers into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Layer the Ice Cream: Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Add the Chocolate Layer: Add the softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer. Freeze for another hour.
  • Whip the Cream: Whisk whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Spread it over the top of the cake.
  • Top and Freeze: Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup over the top, then freeze the cake for 3–4 hours.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Slice, serve, and try not to look smug.
