- 3 cups of vanilla ice cream softened
- 3 cups of chocolate ice cream softened
- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 cup of crushed nuts optional
Prepare the Base: Press the crushed graham crackers into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Layer the Ice Cream: Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust. Freeze for 1 hour.
Add the Chocolate Layer: Add the softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer. Freeze for another hour.
Whip the Cream: Whisk whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Spread it over the top of the cake.
Top and Freeze: Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup over the top, then freeze the cake for 3–4 hours.
Serve and Enjoy: Slice, serve, and try not to look smug.
