Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of cookie dough pre-made or homemade
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 package of sponge cake or cake layers
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Cake Layer: Bake the cake or use store-bought. Let it cool completely.
  • Make the Cookie Dough Layer: If using raw dough, form a layer in the pan and freeze.
  • Soften Ice Cream: Let ice cream soften for easy spreading.
  • Layer the Cake: In the same pan, layer cake, cookie dough, ice cream, and freeze in intervals.
  • Finish with Whipped Cream: Whip cream and add powdered sugar, then spread on top.
  • Freeze and Serve: Freeze the entire cake until firm, then slice and serve.
