- 1 cup cold brew coffee or strong brewed coffee
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet gelatin about 2 ½ teaspoons
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Bloom the Gelatin:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to bloom.
Combine Coffee and Cream:
In a saucepan, combine the cold brew coffee, heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Add Gelatin:
Once the mixture is warm but not boiling, whisk in the bloomed gelatin. Stir until it fully dissolves.
Vanilla & Pour:
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or ramekins.
Chill:
Refrigerate the panna cotta for at least 4 hours or until it’s set.
Serve:
Serve chilled. If desired, top with whipped cream or a drizzle of more cold brew coffee.
