Cold Brew Coffee Panna Cotta combines the smoothness of traditional panna cotta with the bold flavors of cold brew coffee for a decadent, coffee-lovers’ dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee or strong brewed coffee
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet gelatin about 2 ½ teaspoons
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions
 

  • Bloom the Gelatin:
  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to bloom.
  • Combine Coffee and Cream:
  • In a saucepan, combine the cold brew coffee, heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  • Add Gelatin:
  • Once the mixture is warm but not boiling, whisk in the bloomed gelatin. Stir until it fully dissolves.
  • Vanilla & Pour:
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or ramekins.
  • Chill:
  • Refrigerate the panna cotta for at least 4 hours or until it’s set.
  • Serve:
  • Serve chilled. If desired, top with whipped cream or a drizzle of more cold brew coffee.
