- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine cooked rice, coffee, milk, and salt. Stir well to blend.
Heat Mixture
Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer, stirring occasionally.
Add Sweetener and Spice
Add maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes, until thickened.
