Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso cooled
  • 1/4 cup protein powder vanilla or coffee flavor
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Yogurt Mix
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, espresso, and protein powder. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Layer the Parfait
  • In each glass, layer a spoonful of the yogurt mixture, a sprinkle of granola, and a few berries.
  • Repeat and Finish
  • Repeat layering until glasses are filled. Drizzle honey on top for sweetness.
  • Serve
  • Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour to let flavors blend.
