Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 shot espresso or ¼ cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings optional, for garnish
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
 

Prepare the Yogurt Base

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and espresso. Mix well until the texture is creamy.

Layer the Parfait

  • In a glass or jar, add a layer of the yogurt mixture, followed by a sprinkle of granola.

Repeat Layers

  • Alternate layers of yogurt and granola until you reach the top of the glass.

Garnish

  • Top with dark chocolate shavings and a dash of cinnamon for extra flair.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Dig in right away or chill for a few minutes if you prefer it colder.
