Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cooked rice preferably brown or jasmine
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or chocolate works great
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener like honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings: nuts seeds, or berries (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients
  • In a jar, mix the cooked rice, almond milk, cooled coffee, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir Well
  • Use a spoon to stir everything together until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
  • Refrigerate
