Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Bloom the Gelatin
  • In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soften.
  • Combine Ingredients
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brewed coffee, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Dissolve Gelatin
  • Heat the bloomed gelatin mixture gently in the microwave until fully dissolved. Do not boil.
  • Mix Together
  • Pour the dissolved gelatin into the coffee mixture and stir until combined.
  • Chill
  • Pour the mixture into a gelatin mold or dish. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, or until firm.
  • Serve
  • Once set, cut into squares or unmold, and enjoy your delightful coffee protein jello!
