- 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
- 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Bloom the Gelatin
In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soften.
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brewed coffee, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Dissolve Gelatin
Heat the bloomed gelatin mixture gently in the microwave until fully dissolved. Do not boil.
