  • 1/4 cup sweetener like honey or agave
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • For the ice cream layer:
  • 2 cups vanilla or coffee-flavored ice cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
