Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup coffee brewed and cooled
  • 1 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Mix Dry Ingredients
  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey and brewed coffee until smooth.
  • Combine Mixtures
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Spread on Baking Sheet
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.
  • Cool and Add Chocolate Chips
  • Remove from the oven, let cool completely, and stir in chocolate chips if using.
  • Store and Enjoy
  • Store in an airtight container. Enjoy with yogurt, milk, or as a snack!
