- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup coffee brewed and cooled
- 1 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
- ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips optional
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
