Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • ½ cup chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • ½ cup nut butter peanut or almond
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, chopped nuts, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix honey (or maple syrup), cooled coffee, nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Spread in Dish: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly to ensure even baking.
  • Bake: Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow it to cool completely before slicing into bars.
