- 1 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup espresso cooled
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Prepare Pan
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper for easy fudge removal.
Melt Ingredients
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
Combine Mixture
In a mixing bowl, blend chocolate protein powder, espresso, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Add melted chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
Pour and Set
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours until firm.
Cut and Serve
