Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mixed fruits like mango, pineapple, or apples
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat
  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Fruits
  • Chop the mixed fruits into small pieces and set aside.
  • Combine Ingredients
  • In a medium saucepan, mix the brewed coffee, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, and salt over medium heat.
  • Cook the Mixture
  • Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add Fruits
  • Incorporate the chopped fruits into the saucepan and cook for another 5-7 minutes until they soften slightly.
  • Blend the Chutney
  • Transfer the mixture to a blender, add the protein powder, and blend until smooth or desired consistency is reached.
  • Cool and Store
  • Let the chutney cool completely before transferring it to a jar. Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
