Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk Ingredients Together
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, coffee, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Pour into Container
  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, spreading it evenly for a smooth freeze.
  • Freeze and Stir
  • Freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to maintain a creamy texture.
  • Serve
  • Scoop and serve! Top with chocolate shavings or crushed nuts for extra flavor.
