Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hazelnuts roasted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coffee protein powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend Hazelnuts
  • In a food processor, blend the roasted hazelnuts until they form a smooth nut butter. This may take a few minutes, so be patient!
  • Add Dry Ingredients
  • Once smooth, add cocoa powder, coffee protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Pulse until well combined.
  • Incorporate Wet Ingredients
  • Pour in the maple syrup, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract. Blend again until you achieve a creamy, spreadable consistency.
  • Taste and Adjust
  • Taste your creation! If you prefer it sweeter, add more maple syrup or honey. Blend again to mix.
  • Transfer and Store
  • Scoop the spread into an airtight container. Refrigerate it to thicken and enhance the flavors.
