Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, mix eggs, maple syrup, coffee, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix!
Add Chocolate Chips
If you're feeling adventurous, fold in chocolate chips for an extra treat.
Pour into Pan
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Cool and Cut
Let the brownies cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
