  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder unflavored
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together brewed coffee, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and protein powder.
  • Add Spices
  • Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Simmer the Sauce
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Cook
  • Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  • Cool and Store
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool before transferring to a jar or container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
