Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix oats and protein powder in a large bowl, stirring to combine evenly.
Add coffee, Greek yogurt, nut butter, and honey to the dry mixture. Stir until a thick dough forms.
Transfer dough to the baking pan and press it evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Allow cooling before slicing.
