Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend the frozen bananas in a blender or food processor until creamy and smooth.
  • Add the cooled coffee, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
  • Blend again until all ingredients are combined and smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
