For the Coffee Mousse
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp gelatin bloomed in 1 tbsp cold water
For the Whipped Cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
For Assembly
- ½ cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
- 1 tbsp honey optional
Prepare the Coffee Mousse
Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
Stir in dissolved coffee and vanilla extract.
