Ingredients
  

For the Coffee Mousse

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp gelatin bloomed in 1 tbsp cold water

For the Whipped Cream

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

For Assembly

  • ½ cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Coffee Mousse

  • Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Stir in dissolved coffee and vanilla extract.
  • Melt bloomed gelatin and fold it into the mixture.
  • Chill for 30 minutes.

Whip the Cream

  • Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Assemble the Dessert
  • Spoon a layer of coffee mousse into serving glasses.

Add a layer of berries.

  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Drizzle honey if desired.
  • Chill for 30 more minutes before serving.
