Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled slightly
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk for a dairy-free option
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine oats, coffee, milk, and a pinch of salt.
  • Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender (about 10 minutes).
  • Stir in cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener of choice.
  • Add chopped hazelnuts, mixing them in just before serving.
  • Serve warm or store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat as needed.
