- 2 cups pecans
- ¼ cup brewed espresso strong
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon optional
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, mix espresso, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Toss pecans in the coffee glaze until fully coated.
Spread pecans on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Sprinkle with sea salt immediately after removing from the oven.
