Coffee-Glazed Pecans with Sea Salt

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pecans
  • ¼ cup brewed espresso strong
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, mix espresso, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes.
  • Toss pecans in the coffee glaze until fully coated.
  • Spread pecans on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt immediately after removing from the oven.
  • Let cool until crisp. Enjoy responsibly.
