- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- ¼ cup brewed coffee
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon optional but highly recommended
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat coffee, honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Stir until slightly thickened.
Toss macadamia nuts in the mixture until well coated.
Spread the nuts on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Let them cool completely to allow the glaze to set.
Break apart and try not to eat them all at once.
