Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups macadamia nuts
  • ¼ cup brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional but highly recommended

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Heat coffee, honey, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Stir until slightly thickened.
  • Toss macadamia nuts in the mixture until well coated.
  • Spread the nuts on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Let them cool completely to allow the glaze to set.
  • Break apart and try not to eat them all at once.
