Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew your coffee and let it cool.
  • In a blender, combine dates, Greek yogurt, almond milk, almond butter, and cinnamon.
  • Add the cooled coffee and blend until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes for extra chill (if desired).
  • Pour into jars or containers and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
