Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds optional for extra fiber

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, stir yogurt with brewed coffee and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In glass jars, layer yogurt, berries, granola, and honey.
  • Repeat layers until jars are filled.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds on top if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for meal prep.
