- 1/4 cup brewed coffee cooled
- 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds optional for extra fiber
In a mixing bowl, stir yogurt with brewed coffee and vanilla extract until smooth.
In glass jars, layer yogurt, berries, granola, and honey.
Repeat layers until jars are filled.
Sprinkle chia seeds on top if desired.
