Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds chopped
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee yes, it’s breakfast and coffee in one
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix oats, almonds, ground coffee, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey and olive oil.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the oat blend and stir until evenly coated.
  • Spread the granola on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Let it cool completely, then break into chunks. Store in an airtight container.
