- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw almonds chopped
- 2 tbsp ground coffee yes, it’s breakfast and coffee in one
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix oats, almonds, ground coffee, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together honey and olive oil.
Pour the wet mixture over the oat blend and stir until evenly coated.
Spread the granola on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Let it cool completely, then break into chunks. Store in an airtight container.
