This coffee almond butter combines smooth almond butter with a kick of coffee flavor, creating a delightful spread for any time of day.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Roast the Almonds
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the raw almonds on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
  • Blend Almonds
  • Transfer the warm almonds to a food processor. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This takes about 5-10 minutes.
  • Add Coffee
  • Sprinkle in the instant coffee granules and a pinch of salt. Blend again until the coffee is fully incorporated into the almond butter.
  • Sweeten It Up
  • If you like a touch of sweetness, add maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend until everything is well combined and creamy.
  • Store
  • Transfer your coffee almond butter into an airtight container. Refrigerate to keep it fresh and delicious.
