  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs for texture

Instructions
 

Mix the Base

  • In a bowl, combine the coconut cream, protein powder, shredded coconut, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

Add Chocolate (Optional)

  • Fold in chocolate chips or cocoa nibs if you’re feeling indulgent. This adds a bit of crunch and richness.

Freeze the Mixture

  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container. Use a spatula to smooth out the top.

Chill and Set
