Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • ½ cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • ¼ cup almond or peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, blend coffee, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in oats, protein powder, shredded coconut, baking powder, and salt to form a thick dough.
  • Prepare to Bake: Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until firm.
  • Cool and Serve: Let the bars cool fully, then cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
