Classic Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Robust Flavors

A strong, creamy Vietnamese iced coffee made with robustly brewed coffee and sweetened condensed milk.

- 2 tbsp Vietnamese ground coffee
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup boiling water
- Ice cubes
Place 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk at the bottom of your glass.
Set up the Vietnamese coffee filter and add 2 tbsp ground coffee to it.
Add a small amount of boiling water to the filter to let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds.
Slowly pour the remaining boiling water over the coffee and let it drip.
Once the coffee finishes dripping, stir it with the condensed milk and pour it over ice.
Stir again, then enjoy your iced perfection.
