Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or nuts for mix-ins

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond milk, vanilla protein powder, cooled brewed coffee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Whisk until smooth and the protein powder dissolves completely.
  • Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  • If using, fold in chocolate chips or nuts for extra crunch.
  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
