Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice about 4 limes
  • 1/4 cup Triple Sec
  • 1/2 cup tequila use a decent one, you deserve it
  • Ice cubes
  • Coarse salt for the rim optional but recommended
  • Lime wedges for garnish and extra flair

Instructions
 

  • Salt the Rim: Rub a lime wedge around the edge of each glass, then dip the rim into coarse salt.
  • Mix the Margarita: In a cocktail shaker, add lime juice, tequila, and Triple Sec. Toss in a handful of ice cubes.
  • Shake It Up: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Serve: Strain the margarita into your salted-rim glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wedges.
